This listing is for a set of custom made cornhole boards and a set of free bags. This set is the "Border Wedding Board Set" . These Corn hole boards are handcrafted, hand painted and custom made for each of our customers.
You pick the colors of the boards and bags and provide us with your name and date and we do the rest! On all of our custom work, we will email you prior to finishing your boards, with a photo of what your boards will look like for your approval. We offer custom designs as well for any sports, theme or team, just email us with what you would like We have made over 500 sets of boards, so there is already a good chance we have made some with your favorite sports team already on them.
Our sets include the 8 corn hole bags. Bags are 6" x 6" and filled with 14 to 16 oz of whole kernel feed corn. We also offer them as separate items in the event that you want to purchase an additional set. Boards:
Our boards are weather proof and are very sturdy in construction because we use the highest quality products. The specs are as follows: We use 1"x 2" boards instead of 2"x4" boards for lightweight. This cuts the weight down by 1/3 of a 2"x4" frame but is still a regulation 48"x24" frame. We glue and nail the frame to the playing surface to ensure a tight lock between them and a solid, durable board. Top Boards: The top-playing surface is a smooth exterior birch board that we cut down to size with a machine for the most accurate playing surface you can get. The playing surface will always be exactly 48"x24" and 1/2" thick for regulation size along with an exact cut hole at 6" in diameter. We then sand down the edges so it does not rip the bags. Legs: Our swingable legs are made from 3/4 inch plywood for strength and are cut so that it will make the boards stand a regulation 12" high or folded down for easy storage. Paint: First, we use primer to protect the wood. Our sets are painted with high quality paint and we match colors with logos. Numerous coats are applied to get the best color we can get. Also, we use blue painters tape to get crisp lines. Protection:
Lastly, we apply 2 coats of Minwax Polycrylic to protect the paint and it allows the bags to slide.
